The Kidstantic team has revealed that they plan to reach out to about 10,000 children and parents ahead of their audition.
With awareness campaigns already done in Bishop Lasbrey Girls Secondary School Irete, Comprehensive Development Secondary School Owerri, other schools and churches in Imo State, the group believe that they are achieving two things with the campaigns.
Chinedu Hardy Nwadike who is leading the team said that while the group is scouting for talented kids in the state, it is also important that people are aware of the brand.
“Brand awareness is also key for us. We want people to know we are here as well as what we do. Our message is for everyone and not just the talented kids because we believe people can still share the message with the neighbours and friends, even when they are not interested in it”, Chinedu Hardy Nwadike said.
The Kidstatic team spoke to more than 700 students at Comprehensive Development Secondary School Owerri with more in other schools on their list.
“So far we have spoken to more than three thousand children and parents through schools and churches. We’re still working on more, hoping to find better strategies to achieve this”, he said.
Chinedu also stated that what the organization needs most is to have the right children signing up for the audition, adding that the rigorous process means one must get everything right at one shot.
